I just purchased a ZZP intake, ported SC, and a Garlock LIM gasket. The intake has a lot of meat removed between the blower output and the wastegate hole. Trying to determine if this open area should be cut from the gasket, or left alone. ZZP seems to indicate the latter, and I am not buying into that. See attached pictures.

Changed the LIM gaskets with the new style, bought a new UIM from WBS, great price. I bought the "mod kit that puts a steel bushing in the EGR part of the UIM, and put a smaller diameter pipe in the LIM to give it that air gap between the pipe and the hole where the egr pipe passes thru the UIM.
